Our clinic does not contract with any insurance companies, and offers a direct patient care model. At Longevity Medicine & Sports Therapy, your health plan is not dictated by insurance limitations, but crafted based on what will most effectively achieve your health goals. This allows us to provide the utmost care without limitations on appointment duration. With no pre-authorizations or insurance wait times, you gain faster access to the therapies you need. All visits can be paid for with credit card, cash, and HSA card. Billing sheets or Super Bills may be provided for you to submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement.
