Thyroid Hormones (T3 & T4)

Hormones produced by the thyroid gland — thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) — that regulate metabolism, energy production, body temperature, and growth.

What are Thyroid Hormones (T3 & T4)?

The thyroid gland produces mostly T4, which is converted to the active form T3 in peripheral tissues. Hypothyroidism (low thyroid) causes fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance, constipation, dry skin, and brain fog. Comprehensive thyroid evaluation includes TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, and thyroid antibodies.

Who is it for?

Patients experiencing unexplained fatigue, weight gain, cold sensitivity, hair loss, constipation, or brain fog despite normal TSH levels.
