BMAC (Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate) is an orthobiologic, regenerative therapy derived from a patient’s own bone marrow, often used for moderate-to-severe musculoskeletal injuries. Unlike PRP (from blood), BMAC contains regenerative cells, growth factors, and anti-inflammatory cytokines, making it better suited for advanced degeneration, cartilage repair, or structural damage.
